Sunday Obsession #4 - New things in

Another Sunday and another Sunday Obsession.. but today I was lazy and working all week with just today (and a lazy Thursday) off I have not taken any photos or written anything... So my post today (it's already 10pm) is just a bit catch up and I just wanted to post my recent purchases that I bought this week. 

Working in Boots that has all these pretty things, you are always adding to your wish list and seeing new things so it is difficult not to buy everything.

I just took few photos on my phone of the things I got this week and I have been trying them out but I will try to post better photos in the next few days and do reviews.

I (My boyfriend actually) bought these China Glaze nail polishes at Sally (Beauty supplier) and they were on 3 for 2. They are all neon colors and did you know that neon colors dry matte? I didn't!
The colors are super bright and this photo is crap but I will definitely do NOTD with these colors.
The polishes are Orange Knockout, Flying Dragon and Pink Voltage

I have already worn the Orange one and people either loved it or hated it.
I just painted my nails with the Flying Dragon tonight. 

This is my fourth or fifth bottle of the Sally Hansen Dimond Shine Base and top Coat.

I love the Sache Vite top coat but I haven't had the Sally Hasen one in about 8 months and in the Boots magazine they have 25% off all Sally Hansen soo it was on a good price and I wanted to remind myself why I love it :) ad I do...
But I did pick up the wrong one first, The name is the same but it is the Dimond Shine nail hardener and the bottle is matte grey but this says Base and top coat and the bottle is shiny don't make the same mistake as me, painting your nails and waiting ages for the top coat to dry because it is not a top coat...

New goods from Rimmel!!

The Exaggerate Eyeshadow Primer - First time used it today and so far so good. Review soon (promise)

And the Apocalips Lipsticks/lipgloss (liquid lipsticks) in the colors 101 Celestail and 501 Stellar.
I have been using these and they are amazing, I will post good pictures of these because the colors are so great that they deserve it!
(Rimmel was also on 3 for 2)

First ever product from 17.
Boots has these kiosk where you put your boots advantage card in and you can print out these vouchers and I found 17 eyeshadow 50% off voucher so I decided to try the 17 trio in Nude Smoke and I have just been playing with these and they are so pigmented and bendable that I really want to try out more.

This is a big thing... The No7 Facial Cleansing Brush, This is supposed to be like the Clarisonic Mia, which costs over 100 pounds. I still have not justify buying the Mia but this just came in store and is on an offer for £15. Yes 15 pounds, normally it will be around £25.
I have used this brush twice and I might bring it back, I will give it few more days but I feel like it is too rough on the skin and scratches it (I will try to do a review when I have used it a bit more).
I don't know if I like it :S and I bet it is nothing like the Clarisonic Mia but I won't be able to judge that.
Maybe there is a reason for it being so cheap? 

And the last and the most boring item is that I finally bought myself a comb. I never really thought that I needed one but I have been trying to keep my hair healthy and when it is wet you should not comb it with brush but with detangling comb, so I bought one from Trevor Sorbie and I like it.

Well this is my new things this week, I have been obsessing over them and I can't wait to use the Rimmel goodies more.

While writing this post, the clock is almost midnight I have eaten more chocolate that you could imagine while writing this and had a really bad thing happen to few of my favorite nail polishes as all the bottle were boiling hot since I was burning a candle on the shelf underneath them.. does that make sense? and I hope I did not just ruin all my favoirte nail polishes... Typical me...

plus OMG I thought I just dropped my hair comb on the floor earlier but I just relized that I dropped my new eyeshadow trio and it is all broken. :( what a night... I should go to sleep

Beauty findings for £1

There is no secret that I love a great bargain and when I have a day off I like to walk up to my local small high street, sit down for a coffee and look into poundland.

I made a post about a year ago called 10 Makeup Products for 10 Pounds, which had products I found from Poundland...

It is always different in there and you just have to be lucky to find something great..

Here are few little things I found last week for a £1

I found the Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Nail polishes.
These Nail polishes in general are amazing, the formula is good, and the brush is large and rounded.
I saw the gray/purple one and picked it up, there were about 10 other colors but I was in a hurry and thought I don't need anymore, but the next day I went back to grab a bright pink one that I saw but almost everything was sold out and the only color I liked was this green/teal color.
The one on the left is 404 Greige Gardens and 

the one one the right is 450 Fairy Teal

Here I am wearing the 404 Greige Gardens and it lasted around 4 days (while I was working) without chipping. I did try the Fairy Teal tonight and it was a little bit darker then I thought it would come out so I don't know if I like the color.

Last week I went to 99p store (Same as poundland except everything is 99p haha)

And I came across one of my favorite products... for 99p!

Yes this is the Garnier Tinted Eye Roll On...

The reason why it's 99p is the packaging is half in Arabic (or something like that)

The product is the same as the one I have at home and the Eye Roll was in a closed box and not used haha

Now I have two brand new (I recently bought one since mine ran out)
(I will be posting a 'empties' post soon)

10 Make up Products for 10 pounds!

Why only a pound for each?

Where to get them? 

I got mine at my local Poundland store!

How crazy is that, Rimmel, Revlon, Sally Hansen and more

They were all packed in purple bags with the logo famous brands, when saw them thought this is fake and makes no sense that a Rimmel blush that I recently bought in boots was here in poundland for a pound!

So why are these prouduct only a pound...

Well most of these products are 'old'. these are last season, old packaging. But obviously the prouduct inside is 'fresh' and new. all of the products are un-open in their originally packaging. like the plast is still on the product and then they are in a bag from poundland. 

So what picked up over the last few weeks are 10 great products.

I also went yesterday and found my most favorite of all poundland products and that are eyeshadows. and will post a whole blog devoted to them soon..

Here are the products that I picked up:

Rimmel blush, in number 021 and is called Summer Fever

This is the reason why I started looking into this.

I just bought a brand new rimmel blush in the drustore and here is the same blush but in different colour!

That's crazy, 

It retails for about over £5 and I bought the one on the left for £1

Here have Rimmel lasting finishing lipstick in number 026 called vintage. 

This is a rosie nude with shimmer. love the colour

These are the old packaging, have like 7 other rimmel lipstick and these packaging are a bit thicker, if that makes any sense.
Also I think this colour is discontinued. 

Rimmel Vinyl Glosses, these are the old packaging.
The nude one is number 112 and called steal my kisses

And the clear one is number 171 and is called crystal clear

This one is sparkly pink number 430 and is called liquid acid.
I bought the exact packaging but in a different colour like few days earlier.
That was like 4.99 pounds!
So this is most likely discontinued colour. 

Revlon Créme Gloss in 015 called Play up Pink.
I really like this berry, rosy pink colour. Very Creamy.

Another Revlon lip gloss, this one in tube and is a purply berry colour.
It is called Beach Plum. 

This actually surprised me, I did not think this would be worth even a pound but Oh my.
There are 4 colours in this 'wheel', the middle one is such a good shimmer colour and the light brown is perfect for blending and the dark brown with the shimmer is so pigmented!
A big hit!
and only a POUND

Sally Hansen nail polish, these are not cheap one.
I don't care to much for the colour but it is a Hot pink shimmer colour and frankly, it is a bargain.

This was the first thing I bought at Poundland, and this colour is called coralicious and is number 430, and I saw it (that exact) in my local pharmacy for something like 3 pounds.

Well...

I am really liking that I can find these kind of bargain!
